More than ever grateful for the assistance and love coming into see Lyn at Te Whare Putea. She has helped me make the right decisions with my EQC, Home and contents claims. without the assistance I would still be sitting at home with my claims in the filing cabinet. I rate Te Whare Putea a 10 for their service, however for Heartlands it would be great to have cold water available for those that sit and wait long periods to have water to take medication.
The financial mentor went overboard to help me understand and show me how to use the computer process for IRD etc; in Heartlands office.

To what services I have had in the past, I am really impressed with Barb and Lyn at Te Whare Putea.
To know that someone went out of their way to care about the rural people after the earthquakes was much appreciated.
I have dealt with Barbara and Lyn in the Heartlands Centre on various occasions for the previous six months.
